legal advice.
RLP is unable to advise Defendants due to a conflict of interest.
There however, continues to be incorrect and irresponsible postings on websites
such as, Consumer Action Forum Group (CAG) and the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
advising to "ignore the claim" or "don't contact RLP as they will take that as an
admission of liability."
The result of this is, many people through fear and believing this advice are missing
out on the opportunity to advise on their circumstances and have these taken into
proper consideration.
The attached "Guide to Agencies" was originally produced and disseminated to the
CAB and other advising agencies to provide information. All individuals who have
