Legal Advice and Assistance
We have experienced litigators in our legal department who are available to advise
and assist our clients on all aspects of civil recovery. Our solicitors are appropriately
regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Our Solicitors are bound by the Solicitors’ Codes of Conduct. They are under a duty
to act in your best interest and are bound to act with integrity. They liaise with
our clients before taking a matter to Court on legal issues and moral issues, and
strive to protect businesses’ legal position and their reputation.
Businesses are advised to preserve all evidence from the outset including CCTV footage,
investigation documentation, police investigations and prosecutions, invoices and
evidence of time spent on the investigation and apprehension. Our Solicitors will
require such evidence in order to comply with the rules of evidence and the Civil
Procedure Rules 1998, should the matter proceed through the courts.
We assist businesses in a number of jurisdictions in pursuing a civil claim, in
England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire, the Channel Islands and the
Isle of Man.
