RLP is an independently owned company who are instructed by clients to instigate
civil recovery services on their behalf. Our specialist divisions include:
Claims department - responsible for taking initial case reports by telephone
from clients, as well as advising individuals who have received communication from
us in relation to an incident.
Legal department - qualified legal staff, (solicitors SRA registered) fully
conversant with civil law and the processes involved therein. This department manage
all correspondence from solicitors, third parties and individuals themselves. They
investigate disputes and liaise directly with clients on case specifics. They also
undertake preparation of cases for court and complete all court documentation.
Accounts, Collection & Debt Recovery - these departments complete the
end-to-end service for managing payments, setting up settlement agreement plans,
chasing missed payments, and tracing individuals.
Client Services - full support is provided to the client from the initial
joining process, including training. Our Client Services department provides monthly,
quarterly and annual updates on all incidents reported, as well as ad hoc updates
as requested.
