RLP has retained solicitor partners in each legal jurisdiction to ensure compliance to legal variance, as well as logistical practicality for preparing witness statements and attended court hearings.

RLP retains bailiff services for High Court post judgment work.

RLP has a number of relationships with Crime Partnerships and police forces to work toward the sharing of information to assist with the prevention and detection of crime and raise awareness for the civil recovery process to provide a realistic deterrent. Some of these relationships include:

  1. Retailers Against Crime (RAC) Scotland & Northern Ireland - working to implement an electronic data sharing system.
  2. Scottish Steering Group - campaigning with clients to raise awareness and profile for this type of crime in Scotland.
  3. Project Inhibit - working with British Oil Security Syndicate (BOSS) and Hertfordshire Police to reduce drive offs and no means of payment frauds from service stations.
  4. Information Sharing Agreement with South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield Crime Partnership.
