Flexible fee options and free training
Our services are available on two different fee options, offering clients the flexibility
to fit their needs best. Both options cover, as a minimum, all work undertaken on
cases from initial reporting (by whatever reporting method), address verification,
responding to all communication and correspondence from all parties, trace and locate
for missing individuals and all reports.
We provide free training sessions on civil recovery, legal principles, case information
requirements and legal surgeries for one-to-one advice on assessing case evidence and
evaluating losses to ensure civil recovery is undertaken correctly.
We also produce a monthly newsletter to clients, sharing answers to queries, legal
updates, statistics on crime and other relevant information. We utilise cutting
edge technology to deliver intelligent data back to our clients upon which they
can make effective loss prevention decisions and reduce loss levels.
